Cambridge Solar's mission is to make our clients' experience of investingating, installing and operating renewable energy systems easy, efficient and enjoyable.

Based in Cambridge, UK and operating throughout Cambridgeshire and the East of England, Cambridge Solar provides renewable energy consultancy, design and installation services for private individuals and professional organisations. We are accredited by the Governments Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and are members of the Renewable Energy Assurance Listed (REAL), the UK's renewable energy consumer protection code.

 

We help our clients to choose the best renewable energy technology for their specific property or project by analysing the clients needs, the specifics of their site, the renewable resources available and the business case. To aid our clients decisions we offer advice on potential financial paybacks, energy saved, CO₂ reduced, regulation compliance as well as the numerous other benefits, identification of potential issues and installation implications. We then carry out a design process and project manage the installation for our clients from start to finish.  The key foundations of our company; a passion for Renewable Energy, and our culture of Excellence, Innovation and Trust are present throughout this whole process.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Key Cambridge Solar staff have been involved with the renewable energy industry in one way or another for more than 10 years. Because of our heritage we have an excellent understanding of the market and the industry, putting us in the perfect position to help our clients get the most out of the renewable energy technologies available to them. Because of our successes, in 2010 Cambridge Solar were choosen by the UK Government as the keynote company at a high profile event announcing their commitment to developing a high-tech economy.

AWARD WINNING

Cambridge Solar's commitment to quality and operational excellence has not gone unnoticed. The Spring of 2010 saw us receiving first prize in the coveted E-Factor Business Competition run by the University of East London's Knowledge Dock. It also saw Cambridge Solar being awarded with an Entrepreneurship Award by the Worshipful Haberdashery Company.
